Please, can you tell me what country are you from? It's so interesting, I've never talked directly to a person who lives in censored country. How it's like?
If 'censored' means that some websites are blocked (like youporn in Turkey, erowid in Russia, youtube in Egypt, spotify in Europe ...) and you decide to run Tor exit node, than all of your visitors feel same restrictions. But if you run normal relay and not exit node, then country's restrictions doesn't matter at all. As far as all of your transit traffic is encrypted and travels only inside Tor network, everything gonna work fine.
But if 'censored' means that your government restricts access to Tor network somehow, then the best option for you is to set up a
Tor hidden bridge.
