Dear Tor users. Have you heard about Freenet? This is what we can read on freenetproject.org:
Freenet is free software which lets you anonymously share files, browse and publish "freesites" (web sites accessible only through Freenet) and chat on forums, without fear of censorship. Freenet is decentralised to make it less vulnerable to attack, and if used in "darknet" mode, where users only connect to their friends, is very difficult to detect.
It's multiplatform, easy to install application in Java.
We can browse Freenet forums using the Freenet Message System (FMS) - spam-proof anonymous message boards on Freenet. In order to wite posts on our own we must create and announce identity, by solving some puzzles (capcha).
One important thing: no one can take down your message, when it was inserted to the network, even author!
Some interesting plugins:
Freemail (e-mail over Freenet), Sone(twitter like) - needs Web of Trust.
More Freenet nodes will improve network speed and potential, so join Freenet if you like.
