Tor has ability to look at all nodes, which used for creating "way" between my PC and target resource. How TOR does it (as I understand, each node is secured and next node should not know anything about previous) and why?

removed current portable tor folder and downloaded new. Seems, right now config file is affected. But when I try to add lines like below:
ExitNodes uk
StrictExitNodes 1
tor can't be connected. Exclude string like below
ExcludeNodes ru, by
works, but include - not work. Why?

Hello.
I want to configure an exit node to concrete address. I use the Tor Browser. I open "Tor Browser\Data\Tor" folder and then open file, named 'torrc' (without extention). I add the following strings:
ExitNodes 96.61.82.76
StrictExitNodes 1
so, in result I have the following file
