Are these keys more secure? I run a relay server powered by tor.exe v0.2.7.2-alpha and I saw 4 new Ed25519 keys in my keys folder.

What's going wrong with Tor v0.2.5.8-rc embedded with vidalia v0.2.21?
I started a new non-exit relay 'TORqueue 64C5E87A73C8B5FE0FE02DFB51D83BEC24131EC7' on Windows XP, using Tor v0.2.5.8-rc (from TBB v4.0) embedded with vidalia v0.2.21.

I saw in Message log many groups of these info:
Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] resolve_my_address(): Address 'host' resolves to private IP address '192.168.100.2'. Tor servers that use the default DirAuthorities must have public IP addresses.

First, check if the UPnP function is enabled in your router.
Second, forward in your router from your public external IP to your private internal IP the ORPort (eg. 443) and the DirPort (eg. 9030)
Then, check if you made exceptions in your firewall pointed to tor.exe
